As a client services coordinator, I am responsible for opening new client accounts, gathering financial information for business valuations, formatting and sending final valuation reports and billing. I set up client meetings with our Castle team, maintain client status reports, prepare and send out quarterly billing statements.

I worked alongside the two owners and the General Manager in this small mechanical service company, providing administrative support in preparing quotations, issuing and tracking Purchase Orders, and processing billing. I was successful within the first 30 days on the job in collecting what was perceived to be several thousand dollars in bad debt write-offs, and improved current AR balances with on-going communication with our customers.

Ivy Tech Community College (Seasonal/Temporary Placement with Milliner & Associates)
I worked within a team of both temporary and Ivy Tech staff to review confidential tax returns submitted by the Internal Revenue Service to the College for students with outstanding federally backed student loans. I verified personal identifying information such as social security information, contact information, addresses, etc., reviewed outstanding student loan balances and any tax refund due, and then calculating correct ratios of applying those refunds against the loan balances and correctly entered those loan offsets to a secure database.

Human Resources Assistant
I worked within a team of four individuals responsible for all HR related tasks for 1100 employees in 22 states across the country. I tallied and processed weekly payroll for approximately 900 field technicians and bi-weekly payroll for an additional 60 individuals using Sage/Timberline software, Manually broke down payroll costs and applied those costs to specific open jobs in process and maintained attendance and paid time off records for each employee. I also coordinated all materials and welcomed all new hires by conducting orientations both in person and via teleconference on a weekly basis and entered all new hire information into ABRA.
